Modafar Akhoirshieda
Modafar is a strategist and innovation leader with more than 20 years of experience driving transformative projects across government and institutional settings. He is a board member of the Association of Professional Futurists and an instructor at the Dubai Future Academy, where he has delivered foresight courses to public-sector leadership.
Earlier in his career, he established a Future Shaping Center for a leading UAE entity, adopting global best practices in foresight — trend monitoring, scenario development, and long-term opportunity mapping — and has since worked to advance futures studies and Arabic-language resources in the field across the MENA region.
